This program provides an international qualification for educational and social work professionals from Berlin, Kyiv, and Tel Aviv. Its goal is to prepare them to design and implement projects that promote nonviolent conflict transformation, dialogue, and perspective-taking. The training also creates a multiplier effect: participants will be equipped to train additional professionals and activists, expanding the impact across civil society and strengthening democratic and solidarity-based action.
The training consists of three modules, ideally held in the three partner cities. Each module focuses on key areas such as conflict analysis and transformation, leading groups through difficult conversations, and advanced techniques in mediation, anti-bias work, and nonviolent communication. Twelve professionals—four from each city—will take part, representing fields such as social pedagogy, education, psychology, and community work.
