Building Bridges Through Dialogue: Highlights from Our Workshop in Kyiv! 🫶✨
At the end of March, the atmosphere at Vcentri HUB: Holosiivskyi was truly inspiring. Together with active young people from the capital, we explored a topic that is more relevant than ever today — nonviolent communication and the art of conflict resolution.
🤝 The “Connecting through Dialogue” workshop became a great example of how international experience (this time from our participants in Berlin) can be transformed into practical knowledge for young people in Kyiv. We didn’t just listen to theory — we experienced each skill in action.
What was on the agenda? 🔹 The basics of nonviolent communication and conflict prevention
🔹 Practical exercises focused on understanding each other’s needs
🔹 The team game “The Little Ship” — a real test of synergy (which we passed successfully! 😉)
🔹 Friendly networking over coffee, where new ideas were born
