​​Навчання «Молоді лідери для змін»​

​​Міський партнерський проект «Молоді лідери змін: зв’язок через діалог» об’єднує 21 учасника з Берліна, Києва таТель-Авіва — три міста, три перспективи, одна спільна мета: діалог і ненасильницьке вирішення конфліктів.​ 

​​Протягом інтенсивного двотижневого тренінгу в Берліні учасники набувають необхідних навичок у сферітрансформації конфліктів, медіації, лідерства в групі та самодопомоги. Вони вчаться мирно вирішувати конфлікти, активно слухати та будувати мости. Під час програми вони розробляють власні концепції семінарів і відразу ж втілюють їх у життя в Берліні, працюючи в змішаних командах по троє — по одному учаснику з кожного міста. Цісемінари проводяться в молодіжних центрах і школах, сприяючи діалогу та створюючи значущі зустрічі. Після повернення додому учасники організовують подібні заходи у своїх місцевих громадах, ділячись своїм досвідом тазміцнюючи мережі. Такий підхід гарантує, що вплив проекту виходить далеко за межі самого навчання, стійкопокращуючи навички діалогу та вирішення конфліктів у всіх трьох громадянських суспільствах.​ 

​​Перший цикл у 2025 році вже успішно завершено, а другий навчальний курс розпочнеться у вересні 2026 року. Наша місія чітка: поширювати знання, створювати зв’язки та будувати міцніші громадянські суспільства черезкордони.​

Be a Young Leader for Change: Connecting through Dialogue!

In this project, young people from the partner cities Kyiv, Tel Aviv, and Berlin will be trained together as peer multipliers. They will be empowered to initiate activities that promote dialogue and contribute to peaceful, non-violent conflict resolution.
